What makes up the estimate

  • Base price: a small, well-defined solutionDKK 9,995

Total, fromDKK 9,995

What you can count on

  • A fixed price and delivery time in writing before I start
  • Automated tests of the key features
  • Documentation, so another developer can take over
  • You own the code and your data

After launch

  • Hosting, SSL and daily backupfrom DKK 99/mo.
  • Updates and monitoringfrom DKK 99/mo.

Optional and month to month, cancel with a month’s notice. You can also run it yourself. Software with many users, a lot of data or several integrations costs more to run and watch over.

Software gets its final price once the task is described. After a short conversation you get a fixed price and delivery time in writing, before anything is built.

What sets the price

Who uses it
A tool for your own team can be simpler than one your customers log in to, where sign-up, permissions and support matter more.
Links to other systems
Every system it has to exchange data with adds hours, and more so when the other system is old or poorly documented.
How much it has to do
A first version that does one thing well is the cheapest start. More can be built on once it is in use.
What is there today
An old system or spreadsheet that is replaced means its data has to be moved. Adding to an app that already runs starts with reading its code.

Questions about the price

Who owns the code?
You do. The code, the hosting and the accounts are in your name from day one, so you are never tied to me.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. I start by reading the code and write down how it actually fits together, so every later estimate rests on the system as it is.
Why not buy a finished system?
If a finished system does the job, I recommend it. Building your own pays off when you would otherwise bend the business to fit the system, or pay for many licences you hardly use.
