What does an integration usually cost?

It depends mostly on how many systems have to talk to each other, how good their APIs are, and how messy the data is. After a short walk through the process you get a fixed price for the integration, agreed in writing before I start.

Anything with an API or a database, such as e-conomic, Billy, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, as well as internal systems a business has had built for itself.

What happens when it breaks?

You get an alert, and the integration retries on its own where that is safe. The rest can be traced in the log. That is included in the price.
