Automation and system integration
Two systems that need to talk to each other. Or a manual routine that needs to come off somebody’s desk. Of everything I do, this is usually the work that pays for itself fastest.
Typically
€1,210–4,020
≈ DKK 9,000–30,000
Delivery
1–4 weeks
When this makes sense
- Somebody moves data between two systems by hand every week
- Two tools you already pay for have never heard of each other
- A manual process has grown important enough that mistakes cost real money
How it works
- 01
Map it
We walk through the process as it actually runs. Including the exceptions people have quietly learned to work around.
- 02
Build it
One integration, built all the way to done. Error handling, retries, logging and monitoring are in from the start.
- 03
Hand it over
You get the documentation, and the alerts reach you rather than me. You should not depend on me sticking around.
What you get
- One integration built all the way to done
- Error handling, retries and logging
- Monitoring, so you hear about failures before your customers
- Documentation, so you are not dependent on me afterwards
Common questions
- What does an integration usually cost?
- One integration typically costs DKK 9,000–30,000. Danish agencies commonly quote DKK 80,000 to 200,000 to connect two or three systems. Where a job lands in the range depends on how many systems have to talk to each other and how messy the data is.
- Which systems can you integrate?
- Anything with an API or a database. e-conomic, Billy, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Pipedrive. Plus a fair number of in-house systems that never quite got a name.
- What happens when it breaks?
- You get an alert, and it retries on its own wherever that is safe. The rest can be diagnosed from the log. That is included in the price.
