Backlog
You put the work in a list and rank it. I take the top item, finish it, and take the next one.

A short check-in each week. The rest of the time you have a direct line to me. No ticket queue and no project manager in between.

One month’s notice, and you can pause without paying for it. It has to be worth renewing every month.

Common questions
- What does it cost?
- Typically DKK 9,000–30,000 a month, depending on how much there is to do. We agree the level up front, and it can be adjusted when your needs change.
- Why only one task at a time?
- Because I am one person. Taking on four tasks at once makes all four finish later than working through them in order. This way you always know what is being worked on right now, and what is next in line.
- What if I do not use the hours one month?
- Tell me and we pause or move them. I would rather move the hours than invoice for a month where nothing happened.
