It depends on how critical the system is, how much there is to look after, and how fast you need a response. It becomes a fixed monthly price that we agree in writing before the agreement starts. We start with three months, and after that the agreement runs month to month with one month’s notice. Tell me what you run and you get a price.

Do you take over someone else’s work?

Yes, that is common. It usually starts with a technical review so we both know what we are walking into before I take over the running of it.

Is there a guaranteed response time?

Within 24 hours on weekdays as standard. If you need something tighter, say so and we will price it properly.
