Solutions

Maintaining and extending existing software

Keeping what you already have running, and building on it. Monitoring, updates, new features, and the small things that otherwise sit there growing until they get expensive. WordPress, Laravel, Vue, React and most other stacks.

ongoing

When this makes sense

  • Nobody currently owns the question of whether the site is still up
  • The last update was long enough ago that you would rather not check
  • Backups are switched on, but nobody has ever tried restoring from one

How it works

  1. 01

    Baseline

I find out what is actually running at your end, and set up monitoring that alerts a human when it stops.

  2. 02

    Upkeep

Updates and security patches on a fixed cadence. Applied to staging first, where one exists.

  3. 03

    Restore drills

Backups get tested by restoring them. A backup nobody has ever rolled back is a hope.

What you get

  • Monitoring and uptime checks
  • Updates and security patches
  • Backups that get restore-tested
  • New features and fixes along the way

Common questions

What does maintenance cost?
From DKK 2,400 a month, which is four hours at the hourly rate. Danish providers typically charge between DKK 500 and 12,000 a month, depending on how critical the system is and how fast you need a response.
Do you take over someone else’s work?
Yes, and it is completely normal. It usually starts with a technical review so we both know what we are walking into before I promise to keep it alive.
Is there a guaranteed response time?
Within 24 hours on weekdays as standard. If you need something tighter, say so and we will price it properly.

Not sure which one to pick?

Send a couple of lines about what you are trying to achieve. You get a reply within 24 hours, and an honest yes or no.
